Hi there. The PhotoPimper project is effectively dead. Actually it has evolved into a set of PHP scripts that produce rather nice interactive albums on three personal sites that I know of - my own here at Asinen, Stu's on the same server and my brother-in-law's wedding site. But the code has been in a horrible shape for a long time due to initial design faults and - despite some heroic efforts from Stu in adding some really nice bling that amazingly seems to work in all (decent, modern) browsers - what is really needed is a complete re-write. Stu has been working on some of this quietly for a while and has shown me a nice Javascript front end that is looking pretty peachy but there is some serious PHP rewriting work needed to make that practical. We will get there and produce code that we are not too ashamed to release, hopefully before the end of 2008. But as you can see from the state of the rest of this site, I'm really too busy with other stuff at the moment to guarantee anything.
