Help Free Software, Win a Tablet PC

As announced last year, KDE is taking part in the ALERT Project that aims to improve processes in free software communities.

ALERT is asking for participation of developers in free software projects in their survey and is giving respondents the chance to win an Android powered tablet PC.

The survey should only take you about 30 minutes to complete, which is lucky as the deadline is 31 January.

    This survey is really bad for an expensive EU-project:
    Radio-buttons, where it should be possible to select multiple items, ugly words like „real-time collaborative system“, you do not really understand, questions refering to previous questions without evidences to which one etc.

      Yep, there are things to be made better. KDE is involved to try and assist with some of these things – making sure the surveys are relevant and that the ultimate end product is useful.
